Our Courses

NSSO 2024: April 1st-7th (Academy & Sinfonia); July 7th – 13th (Philharmonic)

The courses are divided into three orchestras that are broadly distinguished by playing ability, with some overlap across the three, and we offer successful applicants a place in the ensemble where we feel they will be best equipped to take part effectively, successfully and happily.

Standards indicated are for guidance only – you do not need to have taken the particular examinations to apply, a recommendation from your current teacher and a video recording of you playing is sufficient.

 

NSSO Philharmonic

Typically young musicians of grade 7 standard and above.

£850 residential

£650 non-residential
